4.1. © AWACLOUD. Unless otherwise stated, all rights reserved. Any reproduction of the content of the websites requires the written permission of AWACLOUD.
4.2. AWACLOUD and AWA are trademarks of Towards Conseil, used by AWACLOUD under licence. Their use by third parties is governed by the AWACLOUD trademark use policy, sent on request to contact@awacloud.com.
4.3. The software published by AWACLOUD, and its documentation, are governed by the licence stated in their LICENSE and NOTICE files or, for a commercial licensee, by its signed order form and the documents it refers to (section 5.1).
5. Use of the websites
5.1. Downloadable software. The software, packages and archives offered for download, directly or through a third-party repository (npm, GitHub), are governed exclusively by their licence: Apache-2.0, AGPL-3.0-only or, by subscription, the AWACLOUD commercial licence. This notice adds no condition to them and takes away no right.
5.2. Demos. The online demos run entirely in the user's browser: the files opened in them are not sent to AWACLOUD. They are provided for demonstration purposes, as is and without warranty; they are not intended for production use. The terms for commercial use of the components shown are set out on the /licensing page; that use is governed by AWACLOUD's general terms of sale and general licence terms, sent with every order form and on request.
5.3. Published information. The information on the websites, in particular about products, prices and compliance with standards, is given for information only. AWACLOUD is bound only by the general terms of sale, the general licence terms and the signed order form, with the documents it refers to.
5.4. External links. The websites contain links to third-party sites, whose content AWACLOUD does not control and for which it is not responsible.
5.5. Availability. AWACLOUD may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the websites without notice.
6. Cookies and personal data
6.1. The websites set no cookies, use no trackers or third-party audience measurement tools, and do not keep visitors' IP addresses. The number of pages viewed may be counted in aggregate, without cookies or IP addresses. Visiting the websites involves no collection of personal data.
6.2. Personal data you send to AWACLOUD, in particular by email or in the course of a business relationship, is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
6.3. To exercise your rights: privacy@awacloud.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr), or, if you live in another Member State of the European Union, with the supervisory authority of that State.
7. Reporting
Security vulnerabilities are reported to security@awacloud.com, as set out in the websites' security.txt file.
